Using Sundries before a problem becomes major
When you are at the first stages of grease blockage problems in a small establishment you need to act before it becomes a major problem.
Sundries are the perfect tool to rid the early stages of a serious blockage problem in your restaurant before it becomes out of hand. What sundries do is they dissolve in water. You would fill up the sinks with water where the problems are occuring and place sundries in. Once it is fully dissolved unplug the plug and effectively it will degrade the grease and fat in the drains making it easier for water to flow through them.
