The principle of this unit is a cost effective method for dosing an active biofluid into drainage systems for the enzymatic digestion of fats and greases, reducing them down to their carbon base. 

The system provided will include the following:

• A wall-mountable peristaltic pump.
• A container of Bio 9 fluid.
• Installation and connection.

The pump operates on a timer base, so that the dosing level can be regulated.
Suitable applications will include catering establishments (pubs, cafes, canteens, restaurants).

The benefit over the grease trap solution is that the system does not need intervention to physically remove or skim fat and grease from the surface. The by-products are safe and stable in the water system.
